About Jupiter
About N. Palm Beaches

The communities of the northern Palm Beaches, extending from Singer Island in the south up to the village of Tequesta and the Jupiter Inlet Colony in the north, offer a range of spectacular homes in exclusive country club communities, on the Intracoastal waterway, and along miles of stunning Atlantic Ocean beaches.

Northern Palm Beaches mapThe heart of the northern Palm Beaches is the city of Palm Beach Gardens, founded almost a half-century ago by multimillionaire John D. MacArthur, who spared no expense to transform miles of dairy cattle grazing land into a community of waterways, rolling terrain, magnificent mature pine and shade trees, and rich foliage.

Outstanding dining is available in Palm Beach Gardens, which also is home to an upscale mall with more than 160 specialty retailers that has been called the “most civilized shopping mall in the state.”

Residents and visitors arriving in the the Palm Beaches -- whether by private jet or commercial flight -- land at Palm Beach International Airport a short drive down Interstate 95 to the south.

Singer Island

Singer Island condo Singer Island, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west, features a long sandy beach that many regard as one of the most beautiful in Florida. Luxury condominiums line the beach, with premier waterfront homes found on the Intracoastal. While Singer Island south of John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Beach State Park is officially part of the city of Riviera Beach, the barrier island community seems a world away from the city on the mainland. And Singer Island's proximity to the gulf stream, coupled with Atlantic Ocean breezes, provides an ideal year round climate.

North Palm Beach

The Village of North Palm Beach, with an intricate network of canals and waterways, is known as a boating community -- and waterfront homes account for almost half of the properties in North Palm Beach.

The village includes the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Beach State Park, with its 1.8 miles of pristine ocean beach, on Singer Island. And just north of the park is Lost Tree Village, an exclusive private community that offers premier properties with ocean, intracoastal, golf course, and lake views.

Palm Beach Gardens

Palm Beach Gardens is best known for golf. Since 1964, when community founder John T. MacArthur persuaded the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) to locate its home office in the Gardens, the city has been a mecca for golfers.

Palm Beach Gardens golfWhile the PGA left its original home in the Gardens in the 1970s (its original championship courses are now part of the premiere private community of BallenIsles), the PGA of America moved its headquarters back in 1981 to a 2,300-acre site that has become the PGA National Resort and Spa. The property boasts five championship golf courses, nineteen tennis courts, nine swimming pools and the largest croquet complex in the western hemisphere.

Luxury golf estates also can be found at Old Marsh, Mirasol, Frenchman's Reserve, and others. The Ibis Golf and Country Club across the city line in West Palm Beach is another luxury private community to consider.

Juno Beach

Juno Beach, a small, quiet community, is tucked between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Almost half of the town's two-square-miles consists of parkland or environmentally protected natural areas. In recent years, a number of grand oceanfront estates have been built alongside Juno Beach's luxury waterfront condominiums.

Jupiter

Jupiter Luxury Real EstateSince the 1800's, Jupiter's most identifiable landmark has been the Jupiter Lighthouse -- a 105-foot-tall structure atop a 46-foot hill on the north shore of the Jupiter Inlet. Today, it presides over a community of premier properties located along the Loxahatcheee River and Intracoastal Waterfront, as well as a growing number of luxury estates in such exclusive country club enclaves as the Loxahatchee Club, the Bear's Club, and the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club and Spa of Jupiter. The town also enjoys a vibrant cultural life as the home of the Florida History Center & Museum, and several annual arts and entertainment festivals.

Tequesta

The village of Tequesta, located at the northeastern tip of Palm Beach County, features miles of breathtaking waterfront property along the Loxahatchee River and the Atlantic . The village is a mix of single family estates and condominiums, and is also home to the Lighthouse Gallery and School of Arts.

Jupiter Inlet Colony

Jupiter Inlet Colony is a small community located at the southern tip of Jupiter Island bordered by the Jupiter Inlet, Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Residents, many of whom are on either the ocean or the Inlet, enjoy a peaceful secure community with their own police department.
